Aequor Healthcare Services Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire MedStaff
Piscataway, NJ, April 4, 2014 — Aequor Healthcare Services, a Certified Joint Commission, US-based, healthcare staffing and solutions provider, today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Aequor Healthcare Services will acquire MedStaff of Rochester, New York. The transaction has been unanimously approved by the principals of both companies and will take effect Friday, April 4, 2014.
Aequor, headquartered in New Jersey, is committed to developing effective and creative staffing solutions across the country. The combination of MedStaff’s leading healthcare staffing capabilities in the Rochester area with Aequor Healthcare’s 15+ years of experience will immediately benefit MedStaff’s current client base, as well as attract new clients and job seekers in the future.
